I don’t eat pizza very often these days – it can be greasy, hard to portion out (i.e. I don’t want half, I want it all) and the bread can land heavy. And yet, I really wanted pizza.

This is the best pizza I know of in the area and it’s from Nonnos. I’ve had terrible luck with their takeaway but every pizza that I have eaten right there has been wonderful. I think it’s the crust, the perfect balance of a thin bottom but lovely bready edges and the warm flavor from the oven.

This photo makes me want more pizza. 😊
